Brian Forbes is a Partner with A.T. Kearney in the Energy and Chemicals Practice in the Americas. Brian has over fifteen years of industry and consulting experience. His consulting work encompasses business strategy, merger integration and divestitures, operations & manufacturing, capital project performance improvement and strategic capital planning for clients in the oil & gas, and heavy process manufacturing industries. Before coming to A.T. Kearney, Brian worked to improve performance of E&P companies both in the offshore Gulf of Mexico as well as in several onshore unconventional assets. He has worked to apply his previous experience in manufacturing to improve the efficiency of oil & gas operations. Brian earned his MBA from Emory University and his B.Sc. in Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
